Items in this book are Samurai armors and swards, Noh play belongings, Tea ceremony utensils, Byobu(folding screen), Kimono of Samurai, kakejiku (hanging scroll), hand writing letters, maps, drawings and so on.

The Tokugawa Art Museum , located in Nagoya, opened in 1935 and is supported by the Tokugawa Reimeikai Foundation of Tokyo. The collection holds more than 12,000 pieces including: swords, armor, Nou costumes and masks, lacquer furniture, Chinese and Japanese ceramics, calligraphy, paintings from the Chinese Song and Yuan dynasties (960-13680, and Heian period (704-1185) scrolls of the Tale of Genji.
*The Tokugawa clan was a powerful daimyo family of Japan
