This is a rare and vintage Judo book by a famous judo Player-hajime Isogai.First edition was published in 1933.This book was published in 1935 and 40th edition.In only 2 years,it was reprinted 39 times.It seems that many people readt this book as a textbook for Judo.
This book introduces and explains many kinds of Kata in detail and w/many photos.
In 1893,Hajime Isogai became a Judo teacher recommended by Jigoro Kano.Jigoro kano often visited his home.Next year he opened a Kodokan dojo branch in Kyoto and became a first president of the Dojo.It is well-known that he played a match against Mataemon Tanabe,the master of Fusen-ryu Jujutsu.
It is a wonderful collection if you are interested in Japanese martial arts such as Judo.
