It is said that Takenouchi-ryu was founded in 1532.People say that it is the oldest Jujutsu School that can be traced back through history.This school has had a great influence on many kinds of other Martial Arts Schools in Japan.People usually think Takenouchi-ryu as Famous Jujutsu School.But this school has handed down not only Jujutsu but also Kenjutsu,Iai,Jutte,Kogusoku,Toride Jutsu and so on.Above all,Kogusok and Toride Jutsu is the most famous.
